I have ordered Red Dead Redemption (Includes 3 Unlockable Game Items) [XBox 360] on 24/08/2010 (order number xxxxxxx).
It was sent on 25/08/2010.
As of today, I still haven't received my game.
I would like to know what are my options regarding this problem ?

I am really sorry that you have not received your order.
Red Dead Redemption (Includes 3 Unlockable Game Items) [XBox 360] was sent to you on the 25th August 2010.
Delivery usually takes 10-15 working days.
We need to allow a further 15 days for your delivery to still arrive before this can been classed as lost in the post.
If you have not received this by the 25th September 2010 we can then start to trace this for you.
