   Delivery usually takes 10-15 working days.

   We need to allow a further 15 days for your delivery to still arrive before this can been classed as lost in the post.

   If you have not received this by the 25th September 2010 we can then start to trace this for you.

   j'ai commandé RDR le 24 aout , expédier le 25 aout , zavvi m'a dis d'attendre le 25 septembre mais ils repondent pas ........

   tu vas avoir une déclaration a renvoyé par la poste ou a scanner e ta envoyer par email

   en gros ils vont te répondre .tu vas recevoir par courrier une feuille a remplir et tu peux la renvoyé soit par courrier soit tu la scannes et tu l' envoi par émail

   déjà attends la réponse de zavvi

    @copel : excuse moi mais il y a pas de grève en ce moment, elle est déjà passé la semaine dernière...

    C'est bizzard zavii à toujours répondu à mes mails...peut être un soucis sur leur boite, tente plusieurs envoi mais n'abuse pas ils pourraient bloquer ton adresse...

    La procédure suit son cours : tu vas recevoir sous peu un document par la poste à remplir.

    REFUND : c' est remboursement sur carte de crédit

    replacement . renvoi dun exemplaire
